At The Los Angeles Institute for Sexual Wellness, we are dedicated to transforming the conversation around sexual health and wellness. In partnership with renowned sex therapist Dr. Viviana Coles and the team at Auria Pelvic Health, we aim to create a comprehensive resource for individuals seeking support and education in this vital area of well-being.

Dr. Viviana Coles, DMFT, LMFT, CST
Sex Therapist
Founder, LA Relationship Therapy
Dr. Viviana Coles is a passionate advocate for healthy relationships and sexual wellness. As the President and Lead Psychotherapist at Los Angeles Relationship Therapy, she has dedicated over 20 years to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of intimacy and connection. Dr. Coles is the author of "The 4 Intimacy Styles: The Key to Lasting Physical Intimacy" and the President of the National Sex Therapy Institute, which offers certification for mental health professionals in sex therapy.

Her extensive background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, as well as Master's and Doctoral Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Coles is a Certified Sex Therapist and has shared her insights as a featured expert on seasons 9-14 of the hit show "Married at First Sight".

Dr. Coles' inspiration for co-founding The Los Angeles Institute for Sexual Wellness stems from her commitment to addressing the silent epidemic of sexual health issues. She believes that open discussions and accessible resources are essential for empowering individuals to achieve fulfilling intimate lives.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Coles enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, as well as traveling with friends and family.

Dr. Sasha Speer, PT, DPT
Pelvic Health Specialist
Founder, Auria Pelvic Health
Dr. Sasha Speer is a seasoned pelvic health specialist with a focus on comprehensive healing through holistic, innovative care. As the founder of Auria Pelvic Health, Dr. Speer established her practice to bridge the gaps she experienced within conventional medical care. With years of expertise in both pelvic health and orthopedics, she understands the interconnectedness of bodily systems, which informs her holistic treatment approach.

​Dr. Speer specializes in advanced vagus nerve treatment, sciatica, and sexual health, aiming to provide effective solutions for complex conditions. Her dedication to empowering individuals through education and therapy drives the mission of both Auria Pelvic Health and The Los Angeles Institute for Sexual Wellness.

Dr. Speer was inspired to create the Institute in partnership with Dr. Coles to address the pressing need for resources and support around sexual health. She believes that everyone deserves to feel confident and informed about their bodies and intimate lives.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Speer enjoys ocean swimming, backpacking, and photography, which enrich her perspective and keep her grounded.
